We appointed JWA Prague as our PR agency during the autumn of 2010. At that time we were working with an internal PR manager, but we needed a ‘temporary solution’ whilst our PR manager was away on maternity leave. The relationship was an immediate success, as JWA has extensive knowledge of the Czech media and business landscape, combined with a very organized and proactive method of working.
Through a detailed ‘short-term’ communications plan that was prepared and executed by JWA we saw an immediate increase in the amount of media coverage that we started receiving, with the result that we entered a long-term contract with the agency at the beginning of 2011. This contract is still continuing.
Along with our ongoing media campaign, we now have some very ambitious promotional plans that include some interesting sponsorships as well as TV opportunities, all of which have been driven by the JWA team.
Aside from an ongoing professional and proactive working relationship, we at the Kempinski Hybernska Prague Hotel have also formed very good relationships with both Jo Weaver, the Managing Director, and the Kempinski’s account team, all of whom are friendly, excellent linguists and make working together a real pleasure.
